How can I reset my transaction PIN?

Your Transaction PIN must be 6 numeric digits.
You can reset your Transaction PIN on TNG application if you remember your Login Password. Please ensure the SMS function is activated for the registered mobile number.

Please follow the steps below to reset your Transaction PIN:

1) Tap the "My" icon near the bottom right corner
2) Select "My Account" and choose "Edit Transaction PIN"
3) Choose "Forgot PIN"
4) Enter your login password and press the green tick at bottom right to continue
5) Enter your new "Transaction PIN" twice to complete

If you have forgotten both of your Login Password and Transaction PIN, please use the phone with the registered mobile number to contact our customer service team at +852 39516268 (09:00 - 18:00 MON - SUN).
