Is there any redemption time limit for the remittance?
If you've conducted a remittance, please make sure to inform your recipient to collect it!
For cash pick-up remittance to the Philippines, please note that the remittance must be pick up within 28 days from selected channels, otherwise the remittance request will be automatically cancelled, and you will be refunded after an incurred administration fee is charged, based on the exchange rate on the day it was processed.
