I am currently a “normal member”. If I do not upgrade my account, what functions will I retain and when the change will be effected?

For all existing normal members, you could continue to access and make use of the existing services and functions that you have been using in the past, after the rollout of the eID system. 

 

However, in order to enjoy other TNG premium services, you need to go for registration with eID or attend to onsite face-to-face authentication so as become a TNG SVIP+ member.
