Dear TNG Wallet user, Thank you for your support to TNG Wallet.In March 2020, TNG introduced new inactive account service fee aiming at encouraging users to use their TNG Wallet accounts and keep it active. Since the implementation of the new fee scheme, we received a number of enquiries and valuable suggestions from our users. TNG highly appreciate the constructive comments from our users.

Why can't I make payment with my TNG Mastercard?

Below are the possible reasons:

  1. Your TNG account doesn't have sufficient balance;
  2. You may input invalid card information (e.g. card number, CVC2, expiry date);
  3. Your TNG Mastercard is "disabled" (Simply enable it in your TNG Wallet App); 
  4. The transaction amount exceeds certain limit in relation to the use of the TNG Mastercard;
  5. You may input an incorrect one-time password (OTP) for transaction protected by Mastercard SecureCode®;
  6. Some merchants or e-wallets do not accept prepaid card;
  7. You have deactivated your TNG account or it has been suspended
