- Why I cannot receive notification?
Important Notice
Please be advised that there has been a delay in processing your global bank transfer due to high volume of transactions since 12:40 PM, 12-May-2024. The estimated clearing time would be at 5PM, 13-May-2024. Kindly allot some time before submitting or you can choose to use our Cash pick-up or eWallet transfer which service is normal. Why I cannot receive notification?
If the notification service has been turned off in TNG Wallet's application interface, the user will not receive any alerts.
Instructions for enabling the notification service:
1) Tap the "My" icon at the bottom right corner
2) Choose "Settings"and then select "Notification"
3) Enable notification
