I would like to report lost of my mobile phone and sim card (I cannot login to TNG Wallet)?

If you want to suspend your TNG account because you lost your phone, please pay attention to the following situations:

  • Your TNG account will be secure logout ( Mobile or Tablet devices)
  • Your TNG account will be suspended. You cannot make any payment include P2P and consume with both physical and virtual prepaid card
  • Approved Global remittance order will still be processing
