- Why can't I make payment with my TNG Mastercard?
Important Notice
Please be advised that there has been a delay in processing your global bank transfer due to high volume of transactions since 12:40 PM, 12-May-2024. Why can't I make payment with my TNG Mastercard?
Below are the possible reasons:
- Your TNG account doesn't have sufficient balance;
- You may input invalid card information (e.g. card number, CVC2, expiry date);
- Your TNG Mastercard is "disabled" (Simply enable it in your TNG Wallet App);
- The transaction amount exceeds certain limit in relation to the use of the TNG Mastercard;
- You may input an incorrect one-time password (OTP) for transaction protected by Mastercard SecureCode®;
- Some merchants or e-wallets do not accept prepaid card;
- You have deactivated your TNG account or it has been suspended
