What if my account has insufficient balance for scheduled payment?

If your account balance is not enough while processing the scheduled payment, it will be cancelled for one time.
This will not affect your next scheduled payment transaction.

When there is a scheduled payment has been cancelled due to insufficient balance, you may top up the money to your TNG wallet and re-submit the transaction.

Please ensure your TNG wallet have enough balance to process the scheduled payment on time.
